From July 2024 - March 2025 I was a contract designer at Oshi Health. A digestive healthcare provider helping people to understand and treat their GI symptoms.
Email Templates
Oshi needed their onboarding emails retouched. I came in and created a collection of 18 new emails, but I also made a library of email modules for the team to pull from for future email projects.
Custom Icons
Oshi already had a wide collection of icons in their brand library, However, as I continued taking on projects, there were multiple incidents where an icon was needed that had not already been created. During my time with Oshi I considerably expanded their icon library.
Let’s Get Cooking
I became a designer with a strong interest in editorial layouts, so I was very excited when Oshi asked if I could make them a digital cookbook.
Infographic Articles
There were two articles I designed print and digital layouts for. Each including many statistics that I created graphs and diagrams for.
The holiday gut-punch: Women more likely to serve as ‘Holiday CEO’ and their gut health suffers
A dangerous disconnect: Americans are embarrassed to talk about poop—despite what it may reveal about their gut health
Oshi’s Brand Guide
Since I had been making so many new assets for Oshi, I was asked to update their brand guide to reflect the work I had done. I went a step further and touched up each page to ensure brand consistency and elevation.
A Provider for Everything
Oshi was looking for a video asset that conveys the variety of care they provide. I wanted to make sure that the human connection Oshi gives to their patients was evident in the design. I decided to pair the custom icons I created with a rotation of providers shown on a phone screen. Both cycled through the different provider types to display the various expert care.
